Mein systemischer Ansatz und die Achtung der Grundordnungen des Lebens leiten mich.

Führung beginnt im eigenen Selbst. In der Übernahme von Verantwortung für das eigene Denken, Fühlen und Wollen. Den Horizont weitend bei sich zu sein um so bestmöglich Menschen und Organisationen zu leiten. Darin unterstütze und begleite ich Führungskräfte.
Leadership starts with oneself. By taking responsibility for one's own thoughts, feelings and desires. By broadening one's horizons and being present in order to lead people and organizations in the best possible way. This is where I support and accompany executives.
Le leadership commence par soi-même. En assumant la responsabilité de ses propres pensées, sentiments et désirs. En élargissant ses horizons et en étant soi-même afin de guider au mieux les personnes et les organismes. C'est dans cette perspective que j'accompagne et soutiens les cadres dirigeants.
